The great directions on your website saved me a lot of time.

The route that you advised me helped me a lot to avoid some heavy traffic.

What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.

Dancing is a freeing experience of me, clearing my mind of day to day stress.

I have had considerable experience in HRD and would need little or no training.

I got strong work ethic and ownership of my work.

I was able to work effectively with other team members inside the organization.

I improved excellent time management and prioritization skills.

I monitored and reviewed expense and budget plans.

I planned, executed and forecasted expense budgets for all areas of responsibility.

I believe my ample experience, innovative ideas, and effective interpersonal skills would make me a desirable addition to gsef. I would welcome the opportunity to help gsef achieve its full potential.

Because I am the right person with energy, creativity excellent communication skills, and leadership potential that will help you excel over your competition.

From our conversations, it sounds as if you're looking for someone to come in and take charge immediately. It also sounds like you are experiencing problems with some of your database systems.

I have good communication skills and work well with the public. My experience shows I can work productively without supervision.

In the past year, I have also created several motivational Power Point Presentations for our team members.

I really enjoyed working with a team of competent, energetic and innovative professionals in developing and implementing projects.

I have learned that long-term goals are best achieved when I break them into shorter goals. My short-term goal is to find a position that will put me in a forward-moving company with solid performance and future projections. As part of a team, I want to add value and continue to grow the company.

Over the next five to ten years, I plan to become top performer in an established firm. I also intend to upgrade my skills. I am particularly interested in building my skills in HRD.

Although it's certainly difficult to predict things far into the future, I know what direction I want to develop toward.

As for promotion, one of the reasons I applied to work here is because of its reputation for rewarding excellence and consistent effort. I believe I possess these qualities and in five years later I'm convinced my position in the company will reflect this.

Based on the research I've done, this company is an industry leader. When I visited your website, I found some impressive information about future projects you have planned. I was also impressed with the founders' backgrounds and the current financial statements. This is the company I've been looking for, a place where my background, experience and skills can be put to use and make things happen.

I think it's really important to hire people with energy, creativity, excellent communication skills, and leadership potential that will help this company excel over the competition.

I think success is an achievement and satisfaction of doing your day-to-day work with pleasure and complete dedication. Every day if you feel happiness growing within you and you see positive changes within you, that is success. Success is like a dessert after food.

Success is doing what you are created to do and what you are passionate about doing. Then being able to look back after your accomplishment, take a deep breath, know that you did your best, and be proud.

The most rewarding part of my work is the personal satisfaction of having accomplished something despite the challenges I faced along the way.

I would say my greatest weakness has been my lack of proper planning in the past. I would over-commit myself with too many variant tasks, then not be able to fully accomplish each as I would like. However, since I've come to recognize that weakness, I've taken steps to correct it. For example, I now carry a planning calendar in my pocket so that I can plan all of my appointments and "to do" items.

I'm the sort of person for whom it's important to get things right, so I'm a great gatherer of information and details. However, I did learn early on in my management career that it is sometimes more important to make the decision than go on collecting facts. It's a difficult balancing act but I manage my need for detail very well now.

My strength comes from my passion and dedication to a vision.

I pride myself on being a 'big picture' guy. I have to admit that I sometimes miss small details, but I always make sure I have someone who is detail-oriented on my team.

In case it is required, I discuss the priorities with my manager. If I realize that regardless how hard I work I will not be able to make the deadline, I will try to inform my manager as early as possible to allow him to address the situation.

I recognize that people are the company's most important asset. I try to be open and responsive to what they have to say to encourage them to aim for good performance and create a work environment where they can work at their peak.

The hardest part as a leader or manager is keeping my leadership balance between concern for my people and concern to get the job done. There must be high levels of trust, and people need to feel good and enjoy being part of a happy team. These are certainly important leadership achievements which help to create high morale and confidence. But I also need to concentrate all my energies on getting the job done and I expect the team to do the same.
