Are you satisfied with your current job?

Sure, I am. A feeling of satisfaction makes it possible to work harder.

I think people work to meet their goals in life.

I think people work for personal satisfaction.

I think he must not only have an exhaustive knowledge and deep love of the history and culture of his own country but also more profound patriotism than other people.

The technology in this industry is changing so rapidly that I see lots of room for job enhancement regardless of promotions. And I'm particularly interested in the many applications for multimedia as a training tool.

I'd like to stay in a field related to training no matter what happens. I was too interested in business to work at a university, but I believed teaching is somehow in my blood. I've been good at sales because I took the time to educate my clients. Now, I look forward to training the new hires.

Once I'm committed to a job or a project, I tackle it with tremendous intensity and energy. I want to learn everything I can, and my goal is to achieve results beyond the expectations of my boss. There's always a lot more to learn about the world. My friends say I'm very competitive and challenging. I like to excel at everything I do.

My strengths are interpersonal skills, and I can usually win people over to my point of view. Also, I think good judgment about people and an intuitive sense of their talents and their ability to contribute to a given problem. These skills seem to me directly related to the job. I notice that you require three years' work experience for this job. Although my resume shows that I've only two years' work experience, it doesn't show that I took two evening college courses related to my field. I also try to gain knowledge by reading the industry's trade journals. I'm certain that my combined knowledge and skill level is the equivalent of that of other people who actually have three years' work experience. I'm also currently enrolled in a time-management course. Time-consumption is quite important in this rapidly changing society. I can already see the effects of this course at work on my present job.

It's important for me to have clear direction on each project. That's why I'm good in support roles, with managers who have very specific ideas. I'm thorough at carrying out the tasks. Also I don't like anything left unfinished. So my acquaintances don't hesitate to agree that I'm reliable and trustworthy.

What color is your brain?

My brain is red because I'm always hot. I'm always on fire with brand-new ideas and plans.

During my summer internship I was assigned the task of conducting a benchmarking study for all the communication expenditures. I had to get to consensus of employees in several different departments. Unfortunately, they resented the fact that I was just a summer intern, and they refused to cooperate. I had to schedule individual meetings with every employee and persuade each one that what I was doing would be ultimately beneficial to his or her own department and to the company. After a frustrating month I finally got everyone's cooperation, the project went flawlessly, and in the end I received a bonus for my efforts.

How do you usually go about solving a problem?

When I need to solve a problem, I generally start by writing down as many ideas as I can think of about possible causes. Next, I look for relationships among causes so I can group together symptoms of bigger problems. Usually, after I study these groups of problems, the real cause becomes readily apparent.

It's punctuality, I believe. Time is of utmost importance. Wasting time is an evil, so I always keep my time for an appointment. If it is impossible to be on time, I make a phone call ahead to tell the person that I will be late. My parents stress the value of guarding our time, using it wisely, setting and working toward specific goals.
